Location and ease of check-in. I was looking for a place that allows late check-in and most hotels limit till 8pm. My flight arrived Chiang Rai airport at 9 pm. I took the bus from the airport into the city, and walked 10 minutes to the hotel. I was allowed to check in late here. The room was small, clean and basic. It was good enough for my short stay.

- Recent hotel and clean rooms. Very good quality given the price - Many cool restaurants nearby - Calm area around the hotel - Easy to find as it's close to the road - Very close to the bus station - The center of chiang rai is accessible in 15 minutes by foot

During my holiday I stayed in Hop Inn hotels of Bangkok, Chaing Mai and Chaing Rai. Out of all the hotels, the most friendliest staff I found was in here. (Of course all the staff of other Hop Inn Hotels are friendly too). Coin laundry is also just in front of the hotel.

Good location. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean also lobby and the corridor. Lots of parking spaces. Reasonable price. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is clean. The room is clean and bright. Comfortable bed. I like their thoughtfulness in providing a microwave oven and a coffee machine next to the lobby. The location is a short walk to the night bazaar. Pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The hotel is 15mins walk away from Night bazaar,if take it as an exercise then is fine but if not is a distance away from it.

The hotel was exceptionally neat and clean .I have never seen such a clean hotel . The free coffee that they serve was very good . The staffs were really informative and helpful. Location was pretty good.I would really recommend anyone looking for clean hotel with good location .

It is a clean and comfortable room, perfect for a short stay. Great value for money, and the shower is separated from the toilet, so you won’t wet the entire bathroom when you take a shower.

The hotel looks new and everything was extremely clean; cleaning and change of towels done daily; water provided also coffee in the morning; minifridge în the room; comfortable bed; good wifi; you have to walk about 10 minutes to the center.

Hospitality atmosphere brings joy to my heart, staff are extremely friendly make us feel at home, that's the most important value in any hotel.A big cheer to your wonderful staff.
